Each small art quilt is constructed of three layers, machine quilted together with free motion stitching and machine embroidery on cotton fabric or silk. Metallic fabric paint highlights areas. Some have hand-stitched embroidery as an added feature. The art is first sewn to black cotton then mounted on an 8”x10”x 0.5” stretched canvas frame ready for hanging.
